Nick asked “What do you want for your birthday?” Well…haven’t been to Disneyland since before the pandemic…:) heheh. Well the two of us headed to Disneyland for 2 days and California Adventure for the third day. It was certainly an adventure!

First off I must give a lot of love and credit for my amazing partner in crime and best friend…he’s not a Disney nut like I am but has supported this obsession of mine for over 20 years! Everything is done from an app now and I mean everything…from booking rides, reservations, food pickup, shopping checkout. While all of that was overwhelming and drained my battery … one fun thing was the use of AI immersed in your camera as you took selfies throughout the lands!

With Genie Plus we were able to book pretty much everything we wanted to ride and had time to take in the Disneyland Marching Band while enjoying our favorite Churros!

We finally got to experience Star Wars Land for the first time! It was amazing!! I felt like I was in the movie and the coolest souvenir was their Coke Bottles.

We had an amazing time but super tiring. Nicks poor feet were done by day 2 but we forged ahead. All in all, Disneyland is fun still but maybe it’s our age…it’s too crowded and dealing with an App all day isn’t the greatest. I’m glad I got to experience it again but don’t plan on going back yearly like we did in years past.

And as a final funny moment. We HAD to recreate Jatins famous “scared” picture from Toads Wild Ride 🤣
