Aanika’s 14th Birthday!

Our beautiful princess Aanika turned 14 years old this year. She’s become quite the spunky, naughty, beautiful darling of all our homes. We adore her and her silly, mischievous, sweet disposition. She had mini cupcakes at school and her friend Alex gifted her silk flowers for her desk 🙂 He also wants to make sure she meets him at the 8th grade dance in the spring and she must wear a red bow in her hair so he can find her in the crowd on the dance floor. Aaniku’s Nani & Gulu joined us for sushi and cake and gifts. Wishing you the best year yet our beautiful child. Jatin’s 17th Birthday 2024

Hard to believe Jatin turned 17 this year! We are so proud of Jatin. He recently got his license permit and is on his way to learning to drive, he’s applying to colleges *some California and just as menu outside of California! He’s drum major in his senior year, an officer in Model UN and a wonderful, kind, friendly, warm human being. We are so proud of him. He celebrated his birthday this year with a hangout at home. It was so much fun to see him and his buddies thoroughly enjoy the house he’s grown up in. Vani’s 45th Birthday 2024

Cheers to another beautiful year around the sun. Thank you for all my blessings, the roof over my head, good health for my family and I, a heart full of warmth and a household filled with laughter. 45 is awesome. Lunch at North Italia, followed by a drive to Malibu for Milkshakes. Then an evening with Jatin, quick dinner at Tulsi followed by a movie (Piece by Piece – Pharell’s lego biography).

We officially have 2 teenagers in the house! Aanika was gifted a variety of Villain books, backpacks and clothing most of which featured Ursula! Her Nani and Gulu Nana joined us to celebrate. Palm Desert Girls Trip

To celebrate Neeru’s 40th Birthday this year; Mommy treated Neera and I to the desert for a few days! It was fabulous. Great food, Hindi movies, poolside hangouts and shopping….a perfect weekend. We watched “Aisha” the Indian Clueless while pampering ourselves to a very silly but funny spa evening 🙂 We stayed at the beautiful Marriot Desert Spring Villas. Thanks for a lovely weekend Mommy. I loved every minute.

Neera’s 40th Birthday 2024

Neera turned 40 this year and celebrated by hosting a beautiful garden luncheon at her home. Chaat themed food, and beautiful decor and flowers with a Mango cake. Nick and I jetsetted up and back home in the same day. That was the most dressed up I’ve ever been on a plane! It was fun 🙂

Disneyland 2023

Nick asked “What do you want for your birthday?” Well…haven’t been to Disneyland since before the pandemic…:) heheh. Well the two of us headed to Disneyland for 2 days and California Adventure for the third day. It was certainly an adventure!

First off I must give a lot of love and credit for my amazing partner in crime and best friend…he’s not a Disney nut like I am but has supported this obsession of mine for over 20 years! Everything is done from an app now and I mean everything…from booking rides, reservations, food pickup, shopping checkout. While all of that was overwhelming and drained my battery … one fun thing was the use of AI immersed in your camera as you took selfies throughout the lands! read more

Jatins 16th Birthday!

Hard to believe that our first born beautiful baby turned 16 years old this year! He continues to impress us with his vision, kindness, determination for excellence and love. We are so proud of the young man he’s become and can’t wait to see what’s around the horizon. Happy Birthday Jatin!

Nick was traveling this year on Jatins birthday so we postponed Jatins party with his friends for a few weeks. He had a lovely group of guys over and co-celebrated with twin brothers who also share an October Birthday. read more

Vani’s 44th Birthday & Disneyland!

Blessed to celebrate another year around the sun! Nick treated me to a day out and about in the Palisades followed by cake and dinner with mommy and daddy and the kiddos! Then Nick and I headed to Disneyland for 3 days!

And to add a cherry on top of a perfect day we received the best news, Baby Gia Gundara was born the morning of October 11th so she will be my Birthday Twin! ❤️❤️
