December has been a great month. The kids are off for 3 weeks to ring in the holiday season and new year. We hosted our first neighborhood block party and have been enjoying our home so much during these past few very cold and rainy weeks by baking cookies and cozying up by the fire while watching breaking bad, Knight Rider and holiday movies.

Looks like our block party will become an annual celebration. Everyone brought some food. We supplied the entertainment arcade games, music and the basketball court. I made cupcakes!

One night we took Jatin out to dinner and realized that necklaces are in for young guys specifically pearls! So when we got home I had him rock some of my necklaces just for fun! It was crazy but he was a good sport! Love this silly beautiful baby of mine!

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were perfect. We decided to go simpler this year with everything from decor to gifts. Simple = Focus more on having fun and spending time with each other. Mommy and Daddy joined us for a lovely tea on Xmas eve and then we cooked dinner and had our traditional Christmas Eve gift opening party.

Post Christmas we intend to let the good times roll! For me literally since Santa brought me new roller skates!! Yes!!!!
